Very positive experience. My wife and I knew exactly what car we wanted; the salesman got a couple of options out for us and let us drive both cars as long as we wanted on our own which allowed us to talk openly about the car without any pressure from the salesman riding with us. We did have to save all of our questions about the car for when we returned to the lot, which wasn't a big deal. We didn't feel any pressure whatsoever from anyone at the dealership. The car we were shopping for was well priced and they were happy to work with us. We shopped at a couple of other dealerships this week and each one felt like a game of Deal or No Deal or like you were playing chicken with the salesman. The salespeople at velocity were more focused on setting us up with the car we wanted and giving helpful advice along the way and were honest with us.
Efraine was amazing. He was helping a few people at once but we never felt like we were a bother or second choice. Had been in a long time ago but this experience was way better. Would give them another shot at my business. The selection was great as well. Finance guy was fun to work with and didn't mind my crazy kid. Keep up the great work you two.
We had an amazing experience at Velocity. They were low pressure and super helpful. We drove a bunch of cars and finally found the one that was perfect for our family. Dave in finance was super knowledgeable and Brad in sales was a genuinely nice guy. I would recommend Velocity to anyone looking for a used vehicle.

Buying from Velocity was super easy! I had already looked online at inventory, I was able to test drive a few cars and then went over the finance options. I already knew it was the best place to go because I was referred and knew others who had purchased their cars at Velocity. I was leaving for a day trip the next day, I was able to call and have them get the paperwork ready, the car detailed and fueled up and I was in and out that morning in about 20 minutes. Thumbs up!
