Point being made here is, yes, this is a used car lot, but they have no problem overcharging you and selling you a vehicle with severe engine problems and not disclosing it.
I bought a Subaru WRX from Fairway Auto Sales about 3 months ago, and it was a great experience! Gavin was super helpful with letting me test drive the vehicle, to letting me take it to my choice of mechanic for them to go through it just to double check. Also, he held the car for me for a short period of time so I could get my auto loan in place to pick it up the next day. I went in the day of purchase, filled out paper work for about 15 minutes, and walked out as a new car owner! My plates came about 2-3 weeks later, and it's been all set! I didn't want to write a review until after a couple weeks of owning the car, just to make sure it was a good purchase! Let me tell you, it was a great purchase. The guys at Fairway are great and super helpful, I would recommend this dealer to anyone. The customer service is helpful, and not pushy. They want the best fit for you, rather than just selling. Gavin is great, ask for him!
This is one of the best dealerships in town! They treat all of their customers with class and you can tell that they genuinely care. I will come back here in the future!
I bought my car here a year or so ago. Jeep Liberty. Check engine light came on right after I drove it off the lot. They fixed it. Shortly after, the light came back on. Again. I would take it places to get it fixed, and mechanics all over the county would diagnose something different, claimed they fixed it, and then the light would come back on soon after. I have dumped far too much cash into a car that I was told ran well.
I recently was able to buy a beautiful used Ford F-150 from Fairway. Scott and Gavin were incredibly helpful and accommodating. Two weeks after purchasing the vehicle, my engine light came on and I had a water pump leak. These guys didn't even hesitate to cover all costs, approximately 2k worth, and make the car run perfectly. They back up what they advertise and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone and will be back to buy another car. Thank you Fairway.
