I started a business account here because of a recommendation from a trusted colleague of mine and have never been so happy with a bank IN MY LIFE. Absolutely amazing and I actually look forward to coming in!!!

I am incredibly disappointed with this bank and this branch. I have been a member for several years, however the past 1-2 years, I have not been using US Bank as my primary account. I inadvertently selected the wrong saved account when paying my power bill, which caused my account to go overdraft. I was not notified by phone or by letter until almost one month later, when $200 in fees had been accumulated. As soon as I received the letter I called the 1-800 number to see what we could do. I was informed that a supervisor would need to call me back to resolve the issue. More than a week later I received no call back, so I called again. I was again told that a supervisor would have to call me back. Fortunately, a supervisor did call back several hours later. However, she was not able to help because their policy is they will only waive fees for their own error. I asked to speak with a supervisor, and I was transferred to my local branch where I was essentially told the same thing. I feel it is very unfair and frustrated to have been a member for years and to not have some way to work out what was clearly a mistake. If this does not get resolved, I will be closing all of my US bank accounts and credit cards.
