I moved to Chase Bank from Wells Fargo a couple of months ago and it was a great choice. I feel that Chase has the best online services of any of the major banks. Adam is great to work with and always is available when I need him. I moved both personal and business accounts here.
Love Chase but this is truly the worst Chase branch. Twice now I have wasted my time here. 2 weeks ago I needed a cashiers check and waited in line for over 20 minutes while a single teller spent time counting cash while me and several other patrons waited. 4 other employees just stood around and did nothing, only when I had enough and walked out did anyone even acknowledge the line of people and apologized. Then I drop by today to be greeted at the door with them stating they have a network outage. What a joke, the manager at this branch needs to be fired. I'm frequently going to the one on 10600 and state street and several times while there was a wait the manager herself acted as a teller to take care of the customers. That is real customer service!
Great place to bank. Never any lines in the drive through. I rarely need to come here since they have a great mobile app that lets you deposit with photos of checks.
