They were terrible. They mistreated my dog so bad. They must have stabbed him in the eye with their scissors or something because he was scratching it a ton once we got home. I looked inside of it and it was swollen with a huge red puss ball and scratched. I also saw them brushing another dog's hair and they were just yanking it's head all over the place. Poor thing! I will never go back there. It was a terrible experience and my dog can't even see out of his eye because it is so swollen and damaged. Be careful with this petco grooming!
Called to schedule an appointment for grooming, after a good 5 minutes on hold they asked the breed and the groomer made an ugh... sound. i was put on hold again and after about another 5 minutes i just hung up.
Sad day when Petco tells you not to bring children in the store. My very well behaved daughters favorite thing to do is to visit Petco to see the new animals. She does touch anything, she doesn't run around, and she doesn't scream or make a scene. For whatever reason the employees have notified us that children are not welcome in the store as it's a place of business. Way to go Petco....way to go.
I've been coming here for about a year now to get things for my dog and for my aquarium. Their prices are always great, the staff is super friendly and helpful. I've never had a problem there and the one issue I had, which was, my dog's tag came with crystals and the crystals fell out, well they exchanged it for FREE. No problems whatsoever. I also just recently took my dog in just to get her nails clipped because they were getting extremely long, the nice lady that cut them for her, Sadie, was super attentive to my dog, made sure to take her time but work efficiently while working on my dog to make sure that she was comfortable because she has a bad back leg. She worked quickly and patiently and really buffed my dogs nails so that they were nicely trimmed and my dog wasn't in pain anymore. I took my dog to PetSmart previously because I got a coupon to get 50% off her grooming, well, needless to say, PetSmart didn't even bother to trim her nails nice and short to where they can be. They just left them long and the customer service wasn't that great. Petco on the other hand. amazing staff, amazing service and amazing pricing! Definitely come here. :)
Manager was wonderful! Went to buy a hamster and she helped me with everything I needed, and was very nice! I think her name was Danielle
