The entire "Promised Time" means absolutely nothing.
This is not the first time this has happened and I'm generally very generous and forgiving. However after consistent online orders being 10-30 minutes behind a "promised time" I will never be going here again and advise anyone placing online orders here, to order them from a different location, it will probably be done on time, and if not the other store managers will be more willing to help. This is a terrible location for customer satisfaction.
There are times I CRAVE cafe rio! This location is very fast, but also very busy, so may take a bit. Great food though.
food good. customer service is awful. there is a girl that works at the cash register who is always very rude when me and my coworkers do an online pick up or if we just go in. they have gotten our orders wrong on multiple occasions.
NEVER GET TAKE OUT FROM HERE. Poorly trained staff. Was waiting inline for a very long time while I could see my food 3 feet away. The staff repeatedly looked at the line of 6 people waiting for their to go orders and looked away. I finally had to assertively tell a employee I had already paid for my food and I would like it. The man in front of me was waiting even longer and when he mentioned leaving a bad review the kid laughed. Very poorly trained, there was staff all over doing unnessary things while all these people were waiting, like sweeping or bagging other to go orders rather than just giving us our food. And ON TOP of all of that, they messed up my order and put flour tortillas on my salad, and I'm highly sensitive to the gluten in bread. I've been coming here for years. Get your act together and train your staff better!! Very disappointed.
This location was the best 5 years ago. Now it reminds me of eating at a old run down mexican restaurant in Mexico except the food is gross. They take the trash cans out the front door and food leaks out from the bottom hence the concrete is black and stained at the front door. There are way better locations.
