LOVE the dinning set and bedroom set I got here - nice quality at a really reasonable price. The owner is the sales guy and he was friendly and fun to work with. Delivery was easy. I totally recommend this place!
Avoid "Furniture and More"!! Seemed fine when we first went in. We were excited to find something we liked at a good price. Didn't like the color but they said we could order the same item in a different color, no extra fees! Awesome right?? We ended up waiting MONTHS for them to deliver the WRONG item. The item number on the couch was totally different from the one on our invoice. We even tracked down the manufacturer to confirm. Called up the manager and he made absolutely ZERO EFFORT to make the situation right. In fact, he insisted it was OUR FAULT. I wish I were joking, but no. It was some of the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. If you want to risk it, maybe buy something you can take home off the sales floor. Otherwise, you have been warned.
I've worked here for over two years and I can say the prices are the lowest that you'll find in this area or on Amazon. For example, the Wellsville 14" Gel Memory Foam mattress in the queen size sells on Amazon and Overstock for $2,499 as of 9/25/2017 but they sell it here for only $1,099. You can also get an 8" Gel Memory foam mattress in the twin size for only $149 at Beds and More Wholesale which I've seen at RC Willey for $199 without the gel as of 9/25/2017. Beds and More is also locally owned. Compared to chain stores, locally owned businesses recycle a much larger share of their revenue back into the local economy, enriching the whole community. A marketplace of tens of thousands of small businesses is the best way to ensure low prices over the long-term.

Terrible terrible service. Would never shop there or recommend them to anyone again. Could definitely do with a little better customer service. I personally left there pissed off, wasn't a good experience at all.
