My doctor treated me like I was a 6 year old! I asked questions to make sure my unborn child is okay! Having to make my own Appointments, schedule my own C section. Finding out my old doc was 12 days off and my doc now still wants to take my daughter 2 weeks before my due date.
I just delivered my last baby here (baby #4) and had the BEST experience!! The nurses were attentive, smart, and genuinely kind. The facilities were beautiful and so comfortable. I didn’t want to go home after my three day stay! :) even the food was AMAZING! (I highly recommend the salmon salad and the hamburger!)
Stuff is useless, unfriendly. I try to call Troy & Howard billing directors, they never return my calls.
I cannot say enough good things about this Hospital. I had spine surgery there, and was quite nervous because I've not had great experiences at other MountainStar facilities. This place was definitely different. From the moment I walked through the door, to the moment I was wheeled out - I was treated better than I could have expected. Every single person I came in contact with was amazing, and they made this experience the best it could have been. They were also very kind and accommodating to my family. Very competent and caring staff!
If they return that money back on my card I have no use of it, because my bills will be paid with credit card. Flexible spending account works that way "If you don’t use it you will lose it"
Now we are in very bad place, I have to pay those unpaid bills, but i don't have money on my flexible spending account. I have to use credit card to avoid collection
I also met with the lactation specialist yesterday because my baby was struggling to nurse. The specialist was WONDERFUL! She was so supportive and patient and showed me some great techniques and now my baby nurses like a champ!
I went to one of the doctors in the offices at this hospital 9 months ago. They sent my blood work to the hospital lab. The hospital coded the blood work improperly with my insurance company who did not pay for part of my routine yearly blood work because of the error. I have talked to representatives of the hospital on 4 separate occasions and explained what the issue was and that they needed to recode the lab work. The hospital has each time told me that they would do so, and then the next month I get a bill for the same amount and my insurance company tells me that the hospital has not recoded the lab work with them. Do not ever use this hospital.
They will be returning money back to my flexible spending account who knows when?

We are going back and forth already 4 months with insurance, Loan Peak Hospital and everyone else. I don't now what to do.
We found out that Loan Peak Hospital over charged us $2600. For some reason, we never received our money back. They never notify insurance about that
