Knowledgeable nurses that are nice and attentive. Therapy team that will get you where you what to be. I love this place.

My mom has been here not even a week and my impressions with the staff are not great. The night staff are always in a grumpy mood. They treat my mother like an animal that doesn't get attention and the proper care. They don't clean out the room or empty the trash cans. My family members that visit my mother say not one nurse comes to check on my mother for assistance etc. I think the last rehab facility my mother was at had better care for patients than this place. The staff was very loving and caring to their patients and was always there right away when they need something. This place is like a prison. I think your staff needs to act like they love their job and care for others or find a major that will make them happy

My husband lived in this facility for 13 days. Staff is good and helpful. Therapy team is good. Speech therapist was knowledgeable and friendly. The best nurse ever is Katrina Osorio. She is really caring and dedicated to her patients. She serves her patients with smiling face. I was not worried for my husband, when she was on duty.....And CNA Aimee and Jay Anderson were amazing too. These three people took really good care of my husband, may God bless them always.... The smell in this facility is aweful and food is horrible. I would like to suggest if your loved one is in this facility, plz visit very frequently to check on them and provide them food from home.

My mom was here for almost 1 week and that was TOO long, the rehab department was AWESOME! Everything else was not good, long wait times for assistance with bathroom, staff doesn't listen to family or patients, food tastes HORRIBLE and presentation is even worse. The only other plus we would give this place is that the long term residents who live there seem to be very kind, but i fell bad for them, they deserve better. I understand being short staffed (which they seem to be), but no excuse to not shower someone when it's been 5 days since their last shower or not noticing or caring that they didn't get a dinner tray, til i showed up almost 2 hours after trays were passed out. Ugh, maybe all facilities are this bad :( i hope not.

According to the Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), facility is 5 Stars in Quality Measures and Outcomes and 5 Stars Overall! One of U.S. News and World Rankings "Best Nursing Homes in Utah" in 2015. Draper Rehab has great people, who care about the people and know the residents and their families well. Renovated therapy gyms that have kitchen and bathroom and so that patients can practice doing tasks they'll need to do at home so that they're safe when they go home.
