Went to Ashley Furniture to shop for a living room set. Even though the styles were not to our taste, we found a nice little clock we liked and for only $11! We were excited and went to find a salesperson. We approached a tall, thin girl with brown hair. She was in the middle of doing paperwork. She seemed really annoyed and bothered. She asked if a sales person helped us. We told her no one was helping us but we would like to buy the clock. She called a man by the name of Dale to help. He, too, seemed really annoyed and chuckled at the price. He kept saying how long the checkout process was going to take and said "see what you get when you buy something small" He seemed very annoyed. We followed him for a manager to approve the discount price. He said to the manager "see this is what I have been getting all day". I can only assume he was referring to our small purchase. Then we followed him to another register and another young girl took our money. She also seemed annoyed, as if we were interrupting her. My question is "Does anyone enjoy working there?" and "If I'm buying something, does it even matter how little I spend?" Needless to say, I will NOT be shopping at your store for a VERY long time. If you don't like your job, quit! If you don't want customers to buy $11 clocks, don't sell them!
Court was very helpful and not pushy at all. We found a perfect couch for our new home at a steal of price. Justin who also helped us was very patient with us and made sure we had all the information we need when we were checking out. Great place! We will be back soon.
I had a very good experience here. The customer service here was great! My sales associate, Miles, and as very helpful and wasn’t pushy at all! He was always looking for the best deal for me! The Manager on duty, Jack, was also very helpful! I recommend coming here for any type of furniture!
I had a need to purchase pretty much all new furniture for each room of the house. My sales associate Michelle led me through each section of their store helping me think through what items might best fit my needs. She was very patient and gave great advice. I needed to have the items shipped in a rather tight timeframe and the staff did all they could to ensure that our items shipped to meet my time needs. Overall just very impressed with the quality of goods sold, kindness and client service provided, and the prices are amazing.
