There flowers are diverse in style and color and they are very knowledgable about their care so you can get the most out of them. My business purchases many bouquets and will continue to because of how impressive The Enchanted Cottage is!! Super easy to work with. I ordered 13 single wrapped roses over the phone for my daughter's pre-k graduation right before the Enchanted Cottage was closed last night. The lady was so helpful and did not rush me to finish the order so that she could go home on time. They had the roses beautifully wrapped (with water tube to keep them fresh) this afternoon before the graduation. Each kid received the flower was so happy. Price is very fair as well. Thank you!!!

I called the shop from CT and needed to send an arrangement to my daughter at a business in Draper UT...the people in this shop went out of their way to get exactly what I wanted, were extremely helpful, and very friendly. They listened to what I needed and delivered. The arrangement was beautiful and my daughter was thrilled with it! And thanks to the floral delivery man and his persistence to get it delivered on time and have it remain a surprise. Your shop is the best!
The initial arrangement was delivered in the wrong date. Which was not the best for an anniversary. After reaching out to the shop, I was attended to quickly and Marianne ended up sending another arrangement on the correct date with an upgrade. As a courtesy. Rough start, but great initiative.
