Thank god they had online payments only had to call their horrible customer service once to take my information off of my account. Given them 2 stars instead of 1 for that one and only reason

I was disappointed in a great deal. My payment that i was quoted in the store was not the same amount..it's 50% more once i received my contract from Progressive. This probably wouldn't be too big a deal if Progressive customer service rep had come across empathetic or informed, which she was neither. Perhaps the store should refrain from quoting an amount, if the go to answer is going to be, "we're separate"...i also don't like the fact that if i don't use my entire finance amount, it doesn't matter. If my purchase is not paid off in 90 days, i still owe for the entire financed amount, plus interest no matter what i haven't used. The CR stated, "That's not how the math works"...huh?? Who needs another cooling pillow? (that doesn't cool..a whole other story) Progressive is simply a rent to own set up. They should be honest about that in the store. I am super disappointed. I'm stuck with this purchase because i had already donated my old bed to someone who needed it. I will wrap up business with mattress firm and progressive in 90 days, and will never recommend them to anyone i care about.

I went to a furniture store paid the money down and filled out all the paperwork. When you are to talk to a “representative” they should know everything and tell you how it is. That is not what happened. I was put into a finance agreement where furniture that cost $1,480 would end up costing me $3K+ I was also told a payment wouldn’t be due for a month but then a week later $145 was automatically taken out of my account.

When I started this process, I was a little concerned, but it has been so incredibly easy, and these people are 100% genuine. They provide an amazing service, and I'd give them 10 stars if I could.

They definitely kept me up to date with every part of my agreement. Very suprised and happy about that. Not too happy with the surprise bi-weekly payment plan they put me on without my knowledge. I didn't want to deal with that nightmare so thankfully I was able to pay the loan off in full right away with them.

I’m very mad about this. And not because of this specific company. But because of the way they partner up with other companies and you’re not told the complete story.

This was a really awesome experience, and anyone who posts differently, did not understand the rules of their contract. Simply put, my credit is not the best right now, but I needed a new computer. I was able to get a laptop (brand new MacBook Air - 2018 edition), pay $59 a week, and if I paid off the balance (entire principle balance) of the computer price ($1250) in 90 days, then I didn't have to pay any interest at all. IF I did not meet that deadline, then sure, the price would've more than doubled. I was explained this upfront, and the customer service was absolutely remarkable. Today I made my final payment (within 90 days), and I simply received a "Congratulations, you're paid in full" message from them.

Know what you're signing up for; understand your weekly payments; know when your 90 day period expires, and you'll be all set if you pay your balance in full during this time. For anyone complaining about high interest prices, it was your own fault for not knowing what you signed up for.

I saved up and paid the $1480 because I will not be giving you guys extra profit for someone not giving me complete information. Train your partner company and their employees. Had I known what I was getting into I wouldn’t be as upset.

I understand the whole read what you sign before you sign but the information was completely different to the actual contract. I feel scammed.

We walked into the store located in Broomfield and was immediately approached by a salesperson. He was kind and professional. He helped us choose a mattress that was with in our budget with no pressure to buy something we knew we couldn’t afford. We will definitely shop there again. Oh, this young man was from a different store located in Aurora, Colorado. The delivery was right on time and the two young men were just as professional. Very fast, courteous and helpful. Thank you!

Thank you Progressive for a super experience!!
