Dr. Hermansen, and his assistants Laura and Lance are all very personable and listen to what you have to say. My Family Doctor is not your typical cold unfriendly hospital like setting and i'm glad its not, you feel welcomed when you come here and heard, you are greeted with a warm smile and genuinely asked how you are feeling. Dr. Hermansen was the ONLY doctor out of countless doctors I had seen in years in and out of Utah to diagnose my gastrointestinal issues. His office is able to get me in quickly when I need it, which is important when you get ill frequently. I would highly recommend My Family Doctor.
By far the best doctor I have ever conversed/been seen too excellent, professional, bedside manner! There facility makes you feel at home NOT CORPORATE America! They have an excellent family practice and there whole team 5 star ratings! First class service, you can tell these are wonderful people really trying to help you out. I would highly recommend Layne Hermansen MD. He will answer all of your questions and make you feel at home and most importantly find out what he can do to help. Almost my whole family is seeing him now!

Dr. Hermansen and his staff are AMAZING!! Every time I call or walk in, I am greeted with kindness and the staff is genuinely interested in how I am doing. As for Dr. Hermansen, he is great! I am reluctant to taking prescription medications so the doctor worked with me to try some natural remedies. He recommended a lot of vitamins which I know take everyday as they have positively impacted my daily life. The doctor truly cares about his patients and makes them feel comfortable.
Last night my husband had pulled his back and was not able to move. I called the office and they were able to get us in right away. He needed assistance getting in and out of the car and even walking with how bad his back was. After getting treated, he was able to walk out of there with little to no pain left.
