I have been going to Dr. Rubisch at Draper Family Dentistry for 18 years! My oldest child was just 3 months old when I started there and he is now a freshman in college. I am so grateful that myself and my three children have had such an exceptional dentist and staff to go to all of these years. My husband insisted on himself having a separate dentist from the "family's" dentist for years. Then he finally came to Dr. Rubisch for an emergency one day and realized why I had been telling him to come to Draper Family Dentistry. Now he is a loyal patient there, as well. Dr. Rubisch and his staff are kind, respectful, personable and they KNOW what they are doing. I have every confidence in their care and reccommendations for myself and for my family. Seriously couldn't recommend a more knowledgeable and trustworthy practice. Thank you for 18 years and counting!
Dr. Rubisch successfully diagnosed my rare autoimmune disease quickly and accurately. This led to prompt treatment of the disease, resulting in remission. I am truly fortunate to have such a knowledgeable and informed dentist.
Terrible Business practice. I got an estimate from Dr. Rabisch's office with my insurance which was Federal Employee Blue Dental. Gave them ample time to determine what my cost would be. Got the estimate and decided to do the work. When I got my invoice it was double the estimate. The doctors office staff said that it was because you don't really know what the cost will be until you submit the bill. If you know that your going to do specific work the rates are negotiated. Sorry, insurance rates that are negotiated at that level are what they are. They can't just change it. Based on that explanation if you go to get a flu shot, CT scan or any other negotiated insurance rate... good luck. I wonder how he and his staff would feel if they went for a procedure and your out of pocket doubled.
