Driving away from my car wash all I can think is how much it sucks. The outside was fine but if course machines do that. The inside was done so poorly I made them vacuum again and wipe down the doors. If there is a spot that requires any more effort than just grazing the towel over the area, they will miss it. I can see so many things wrong that I'll have to go home and do again myself. Whatever happened to pride in your work? It's not at Mister Car Wash in Draper.
Mister car wash was happy to take my money for an $18 car wash? But when I showed them it didn’t do a good job all they could say was “SORRY YOUR CARS TO BIG” been there 8 times before but now my cars to big. I have 2 other vehicles with their monthly membership that I will now cancel because of the lack of integrity shown by this company. I would have given them 1 star but they do a good job 2 out of 5 times.
Do NOT get your car washed here. Not only do they do a terrible job but when you try to cancel your monthly membership (after only 1 month and before the renewal time period) they tell you they'll cancel it no problem BUT they'll still charge you the full amount!! After calling and talking to a manager TWICE they blame the employee that "cancelled" it for me as being a new employee and still have not rectified the situation and it's been a month.
Man I hate being the 1 star guy, but no stars wasn't an option. I have been here several times over the past 4 years as they are close, but I've never been like wow. Once I even paid the $300 for a their full detail, where I left it with them several days. Sadly this experience was also without wow. -they did give me 3 free washes for that debacle, which didn't win me over either. Now for Today. I took my new truck in and had their best inside and outside wash and vacuum. I only mention it's a new vehicle because the contrast of what's clean and not clean is still very clear. The dash had visable lines where they wiped and didn't. Two half moon swoops not reaching all the way back to the windshield. Also the vaccum could have been broken or the wand attachments missing as down the sides of the seat there were napkins and dried-out black beans, an angry burrito experience. There were many other issues as well. Very disappointing as this wash is close, however I'll be going elsewhere after this, the final straw.
The guy told me this was going to be an amazing car wash. I spent $40 and I could have done a better job myself. Not impressed! We had just gone boating and there was sand all over in my car. I wanted amazing and got so so. There was still sand when they told me they were done so I asked them to redo a few parts of the car. They acted totally put out but did it. Even then I wasn't impressed- all I wanted was the sand out of my car. Their shop vac wasn't doing a very good job. I grabbed one of their rags and wiped out the inside of the door jams myself. There is still sand in my car.
