Definitely not worth the time or money. We ended up waiting 45 minutes for our pizza when we'd only paid for an hour of bowling, the guys checking out the shoes just seemed super annoyed that I detracted from their conversation, and the overall music felt too repetitive. The only reason I gave any stars is because the bar area was very cool, and the girls were super helpful, but overall, I wish I had saved the drive and gone to one of my local alleys for half the price, and better service.
That's really what sets this place apart from places like Chuck-e-Cheeses. There is usually not a whole lot of pride in those establishments.
Best to place to bowl in SLC hands down. It's lots of fun and a great atmosphere. It's a little more pricey but you'll just have to take my word when I say go here.
We always have a good time here. No reservations needed even on a Saturday night. The staff are very friendly. We threw my daughter's 8th birthday here and it was her most memorable one. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking to have a good time whether it's with your family, a date night, birthday, or friend get together. There's bowling and music videos playing along with the videos while you lounge on their super sleek couches and have a waitress taking your food's and drink orders. There's a bar of you're interested. There's an arcade where you can load up cards with credits to play, bumper cars, and even laser tag. I love the decorations and everything about this place. Definitely worth every penny!
While we were bowling, we got some food. Of note, All Star brews it's own Root Beer. So we got a pitcher of Root Beer for the family to share, some cheese fries (good) and some chicken fingers. All of it was more than passable.
Great place for adults and children. They have a variety of arcade games that use newer tech (no coins necessary, load your Allstars card) and collect all tickets on your All stars card. They have 2different bowling sections, one being an adult bowling area. The adult section requires ID (21+) because they have a full bar. Also in the adult area, there is a small dance floor, live DJ, and a lot of lounge tables including table service for food and drink.
All Star is a Bowling/Entertainment (aka redemption games) spot. What sets this place apart, is that it seems that the staff actually take pride in their work. As we went around the redemption games, almost none of them were broken, as we went to the bowling area, everything was well taken care of.
Plus - the staff helped my son when he didn't have quite enough tickets to get what he wants. It's those little things that will keep me coming back.
